Tears: None Corners: Page are square. Cover are square but have paper cover loss showing white & the board. Binding: Secure, spine covering has paper cover loss to spine edges, spine corners, spine edge corners & 1/2" long on spine at bottom corner. Cover: Both have color/paper cover loss to board edges showing white. Inside front cover has separation at binding 1 3/4" at the top & 3/4" at bottom edge + a 7/8" separation on the board edge near the bottom edge + a 1/2" tear near top at binding which looks to have had a fold (photo 2).
